Cookie Policy
Effective July 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Famishly uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) when you use famishly.com and our storefronts. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. We also use your browser's local storage for some of the same purposes. We group what we use into two kinds: strictly necessary, and analytics.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off. They include your sign-in session (a secure, same-site cookie that keeps you logged in), your cart contents, your language and currency preference, and short-lived security tokens (for example, to protect forms and confirm two-factor sign-in). We do not use these for advertising.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) to understand which features are used so we can improve the Service. Analytics are aggregated, do not sell your data, and honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, non-essential analytics cookies are only set after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Third parties
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which may set cookies needed to process a payment and prevent fraud when you check out. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies through your browser at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site (such as signing in or checking out) from working. Blocking analytics has no effect on core functionality.
