- 1 (about 120 g) ripe banana, the riper the better
- 2 large eggs
- 30 g vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 g baking powder, optional, for fluffier pancakes
- 5 g neutral oil or butter, for the pan

Instructions
- Step 1.Mash the banana in a bowl until almost smooth.
- Step 2.Whisk in the eggs until fully combined and loose.
- Step 3.Add the protein powder and baking powder and stir into a pourable batter; let it rest 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Step 4.Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low and lightly grease it.
- Step 5.Pour roughly 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter per pancake, making 3 to 4 small rounds so they are easy to flip.
- Step 6.Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles form at the edges and the underside is golden.
- Step 7.Flip gently and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until set through.
- Step 8.Serve hot, topped with berries or a spoon of Greek yogurt.
