  • 907.2 g chicken pieces
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 80 ml white cane vinegar
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 5 ml black peppercorns
  • 5 ml sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1.Combine all except chicken in a pot.
  2. Step 2.Add chicken. Marinate 30 min.
  3. Step 3.Bring to a boil. Simmer covered 30 min.
  4. Step 4.Uncover. Reduce sauce until thick and coating.
  5. Step 5.Optional: brown chicken in a separate pan for crispy skin.
