- 907.2 g chicken pieces
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 80 ml white cane vinegar
- 8 cloves garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 5 ml black peppercorns
- 5 ml sugar

Instructions
- Step 1.Combine all except chicken in a pot.
- Step 2.Add chicken. Marinate 30 min.
- Step 3.Bring to a boil. Simmer covered 30 min.
- Step 4.Uncover. Reduce sauce until thick and coating.
- Step 5.Optional: brown chicken in a separate pan for crispy skin.
