Ingredients
6 servings
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Pound garlic with salt to a paste using a mortar and pestle.
- Step 2.Beat in egg yolks until pale.
- Step 3.Add oils drop by drop at first, then in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
- Step 4.If it splits, start fresh with a yolk and whisk the broken mixture in slowly.
