Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml sesame oil
  • 30 ml sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 grated pear or apple
  • 5 ml ginger
  • 15 ml sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions

  1. Step 1.Grate pear for natural tenderizing. Mix with soy, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger.
  2. Step 2.Marinate beef at least 30 min.
  3. Step 3.Cook over high heat in a hot pan or grill, in batches, 2-3 min each side.
  4. Step 4.Serve with sesame seeds and green onion.
