- 480 ml buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 30 ml sugar
- 10 ml baking powder
- 2.5 ml baking soda
- 2.5 ml salt
- 5 ml vanilla

Instructions
- Step 1.Whisk dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Step 2.Combine wet into dry, mixing minimally - lumps are fine.
- Step 3.Let rest 5 min (baking soda reaction).
- Step 4.Cook on buttered griddle over medium heat. Flip when bubbles appear and edges set.
