  • 480 ml buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 30 ml sugar
  • 10 ml baking powder
  • 2.5 ml baking soda
  • 2.5 ml salt
  • 5 ml vanilla

  2. Step 2.Combine wet into dry, mixing minimally - lumps are fine.
  3. Step 3.Let rest 5 min (baking soda reaction).
  4. Step 4.Cook on buttered griddle over medium heat. Flip when bubbles appear and edges set.
