Ingredients

  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 ml dijon mustard
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 5 ml worcestershire sauce

  1. Step 1.Mash anchovies and garlic to a paste.
  2. Step 2.Whisk in egg yolk, mustard, lemon, worcestershire.
  3. Step 3.Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking to emulsify.
  4. Step 4.Stir in parmesan. Thin with water if needed.
