- 1 large head cauliflower
- 45 ml butter
- 45 ml flour
- 360 ml milk
- 1 cup grated gruyere
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- pinch nutmeg
- 80 ml breadcrumbs
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Roast cauliflower florets at 425F 20 min until golden.
- Step 2.Make bechamel: melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk gradually. Cook until thick.
- Step 3.Stir in half the gruyere, mustard, nutmeg.
- Step 4.Toss cauliflower in sauce. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Step 5.Bake 20 min until golden and bubbling.
