Ingredients

  • 680.4 g chicken thighs
  • 120 ml yogurt
  • 10 ml garam masala
  • 5 ml cumin
  • 10 ml paprika
  • 2.5 ml turmeric
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 large onion
  • 396.9 g canned tomatoes
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 30 ml butter
  • to garnish cilantro

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Marinate chicken in yogurt, half the spices, garlic, and ginger 30 min.
  2. Step 2.Grill or broil chicken until charred. Cut into chunks.
  3. Step 3.Saute onion until golden. Add remaining spices, garlic, ginger.
  4. Step 4.Add tomatoes. Simmer 15 min. Blend smooth.
  5. Step 5.Return to pan with cream. Simmer 10 min. Add chicken. Garnish with cilantro.
