- 1 cup packed fresh parsley
- 30 ml fresh oregano
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30 ml red wine vinegar
- 120 ml olive oil
- 2.5 ml red chili flakes
- 2.5 ml salt

- Step 1.Finely chop parsley, oregano, and garlic (or pulse in food processor).
- Step 2.Combine with vinegar, oil, chili flakes, and salt.
- Step 3.Let rest 30 min at room temperature for flavours to meld.
