  • 60 ml butter
  • 240 ml flour
  • 2 eggs
  • for rolling sugar and cinnamon
  • for frying vegetable oil
  • 113.4 g dark chocolate
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 60 ml milk

  1. Step 1.Boil water with butter. Add flour, stir vigorously until dough forms. Cool slightly.
  2. Step 2.Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Step 3.Pipe dough through a star tip into hot oil. Fry 3-4 min until golden. Roll in cinnamon sugar.
  4. Step 4.Make sauce: heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
