- 240 ml water
- 60 ml butter
- 240 ml flour
- 2 eggs
- for rolling sugar and cinnamon
- for frying vegetable oil
- 113.4 g dark chocolate
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 60 ml milk

Instructions
- Step 1.Boil water with butter. Add flour, stir vigorously until dough forms. Cool slightly.
- Step 2.Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Step 3.Pipe dough through a star tip into hot oil. Fry 3-4 min until golden. Roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Step 4.Make sauce: heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
