- 480 ml masa harina
- 300 ml warm water
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Mix masa harina, water, and salt. Knead until smooth like playdough.
- Step 2.Divide into 12 balls. Cover with damp cloth.
- Step 3.Press between plastic in a tortilla press or with a plate.
- Step 4.Cook on a dry cast iron 30-45 seconds per side. Keep covered with a towel.
