  • 480 ml masa harina
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2.5 ml salt

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Mix masa harina, water, and salt. Knead until smooth like playdough.
  2. Step 2.Divide into 12 balls. Cover with damp cloth.
  3. Step 3.Press between plastic in a tortilla press or with a plate.
  4. Step 4.Cook on a dry cast iron 30-45 seconds per side. Keep covered with a towel.
