- 120 ml hazelnuts
- 45 ml sesame seeds
- 30 ml coriander seeds
- 15 ml cumin seeds
- 5 ml dried thyme
- 2.5 ml salt
- 1.25 ml black pepper
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Toast hazelnuts at 350F 10 min. Rub off skins.
- Step 2.Toast sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin in a dry pan until fragrant.
- Step 3.Crush roughly in a mortar - keep it coarse, not a powder.
- Step 4.Mix in thyme, salt, and pepper.
