  • 120 ml hazelnuts
  • 45 ml sesame seeds
  • 30 ml coriander seeds
  • 15 ml cumin seeds
  • 5 ml dried thyme
  • 2.5 ml salt
  • 1.25 ml black pepper

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Toast hazelnuts at 350F 10 min. Rub off skins.
  2. Step 2.Toast sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin in a dry pan until fragrant.
  3. Step 3.Crush roughly in a mortar - keep it coarse, not a powder.
  4. Step 4.Mix in thyme, salt, and pepper.
