- 4 corn on the cob
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
- 5 ml chili powder
- 2 lime
- 30 ml cilantro

- Step 1.Grill corn over high heat, turning, until charred in spots, 10-12 min.
- Step 2.Brush with mayo while hot.
- Step 3.Roll in cotija, sprinkle chili powder, squeeze lime, top with cilantro.
