Ingredients

  • 2 pita bread
  • 960 ml romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 radishes
  • 4 green onions
  • 120 ml fresh parsley
  • 60 ml fresh mint
  • 5 ml sumac
  • 45 ml lemon juice
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2.5 ml salt

  1. Step 1.Tear pita. Toss with olive oil and bake at 375F until crispy.
  2. Step 2.Chop all vegetables and herbs.
  3. Step 3.Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sumac, and salt.
  4. Step 4.Toss vegetables with dressing. Top with pita chips just before serving.
