- 2 pita bread
- 960 ml romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 6 radishes
- 4 green onions
- 120 ml fresh parsley
- 60 ml fresh mint
- 5 ml sumac
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Tear pita. Toss with olive oil and bake at 375F until crispy.
- Step 2.Chop all vegetables and herbs.
- Step 3.Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sumac, and salt.
- Step 4.Toss vegetables with dressing. Top with pita chips just before serving.
