  • enough to cover raw honey

  1. Step 1.Place garlic cloves in a clean jar.
  2. Step 2.Cover completely with raw honey.
  3. Step 3.Leave at room temperature, loosely covered, for 4 weeks.
  4. Step 4.Flip jar daily for the first week.
  5. Step 5.Garlic mellows and honey becomes deeply complex. Refrigerate after opening.
