- enough to cover raw honey

Instructions
- Step 1.Place garlic cloves in a clean jar.
- Step 2.Cover completely with raw honey.
- Step 3.Leave at room temperature, loosely covered, for 4 weeks.
- Step 4.Flip jar daily for the first week.
- Step 5.Garlic mellows and honey becomes deeply complex. Refrigerate after opening.
