Ingredients

- 960 ml bread flour
- 10 ml instant yeast
- 10 ml salt
- 420 ml warm water
- 6 tbsp plus more olive oil
- for top flaky salt
- optional rosemary
- optional olives or cherry tomatoes
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Mix flour, yeast, salt. Add water and 2 tbsp oil. Knead or fold until smooth.
- Step 2.Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Step 3.Pour 2 tbsp oil into a baking pan. Stretch dough in. Let rest 30 min.
- Step 4.Drizzle 2 tbsp oil on top. Dimple vigorously with fingers.
- Step 5.Add toppings and flaky salt. Bake at 450F 20-25 min until deep golden.
