  • 960 ml bread flour
  • 10 ml instant yeast
  • 10 ml salt
  • 420 ml warm water
  • 6 tbsp plus more olive oil
  • for top flaky salt
  • optional rosemary
  • optional olives or cherry tomatoes

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Mix flour, yeast, salt. Add water and 2 tbsp oil. Knead or fold until smooth.
  2. Step 2.Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
  3. Step 3.Pour 2 tbsp oil into a baking pan. Stretch dough in. Let rest 30 min.
  4. Step 4.Drizzle 2 tbsp oil on top. Dimple vigorously with fingers.
  5. Step 5.Add toppings and flaky salt. Bake at 450F 20-25 min until deep golden.
