- 960 ml cooked day-old rice
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 4 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 240 ml frozen peas and carrots
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Get a wok screaming hot. Add oil.
- Step 2.Add garlic, cook 30 sec. Add rice, press and toss until individual grains separate.
- Step 3.Push rice to the side. Scramble eggs in the space, then toss together.
- Step 4.Add soy sauce, sesame oil, peas and carrots, green onions. Toss.
