  • 960 ml cooked day-old rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 4 green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml frozen peas and carrots
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Get a wok screaming hot. Add oil.
  2. Step 2.Add garlic, cook 30 sec. Add rice, press and toss until individual grains separate.
  3. Step 3.Push rice to the side. Scramble eggs in the space, then toss together.
  4. Step 4.Add soy sauce, sesame oil, peas and carrots, green onions. Toss.
