- 1 lb trimmed green beans
- 30 ml butter
- 4 cloves sliced garlic
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 2.5 ml salt
- pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Step 1.Blanch beans in boiling salted water 3 min. Transfer to ice water.
- Step 2.Melt butter in a large pan. Cook garlic until golden and fragrant.
- Step 3.Add beans, toss until heated through. Squeeze lemon, season, add chili flakes.
