  • 8 large dried red chilies
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 ml caraway seeds
  • 5 ml coriander seeds
  • 5 ml cumin
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml salt

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Soak dried chilies in boiling water 20 min. Drain.
  2. Step 2.Toast spices in a dry pan 1 min. Grind in a spice grinder.
  3. Step 3.Blend chilies, roasted peppers, garlic, ground spices, oil, lemon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Step 4.Store in a jar covered with a layer of olive oil.
