- 8 large dried red chilies
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 ml caraway seeds
- 5 ml coriander seeds
- 5 ml cumin
- 45 ml olive oil
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Soak dried chilies in boiling water 20 min. Drain.
- Step 2.Toast spices in a dry pan 1 min. Grind in a spice grinder.
- Step 3.Blend chilies, roasted peppers, garlic, ground spices, oil, lemon, and salt until smooth.
- Step 4.Store in a jar covered with a layer of olive oil.
