Ingredients

- 226.8 g red chilies (Fresno or cayenne)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 120 ml white vinegar
- 5 ml salt
- 5 ml sugar
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Blend chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar until smooth.
- Step 2.Simmer 15 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3.Blend again until completely smooth. Strain if you want a thinner sauce.
- Step 4.Cool and bottle. Keeps 3 months refrigerated.
