  • 226.8 g red chilies (Fresno or cayenne)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 120 ml white vinegar
  • 5 ml salt
  • 5 ml sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1.Blend chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Step 2.Simmer 15 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Step 3.Blend again until completely smooth. Strain if you want a thinner sauce.
  4. Step 4.Cool and bottle. Keeps 3 months refrigerated.
