- 793.8 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 60 ml white vinegar
- 45 ml brown sugar
- 2.5 ml onion powder
- 2.5 ml garlic powder
- 0.63 ml cinnamon
- pinch cloves
- pinch allspice
- 5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Simmer tomatoes until reduced by half, 30 min.
- Step 2.Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 min more.
- Step 3.Blend smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Step 4.Cool and bottle. Refrigerate up to 1 month.
