  • 60 ml white vinegar
  • 45 ml brown sugar
  • 2.5 ml onion powder
  • 2.5 ml garlic powder
  • 0.63 ml cinnamon
  • pinch cloves
  • pinch allspice
  • 5 ml salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1.Simmer tomatoes until reduced by half, 30 min.
  2. Step 2.Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 min more.
  3. Step 3.Blend smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  4. Step 4.Cool and bottle. Refrigerate up to 1 month.
