Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 240 ml vegetable oil
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml dijon mustard
  • 2.5 ml salt

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Put egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a tall jar.
  2. Step 2.Add oil on top. Do not stir.
  3. Step 3.Place immersion blender at the bottom and blend without moving for 10 seconds.
  4. Step 4.Slowly lift blender to emulsify the rest of the oil. Done.
