Ingredients

- 1 whole egg
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Put egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a tall jar.
- Step 2.Add oil on top. Do not stir.
- Step 3.Place immersion blender at the bottom and blend without moving for 10 seconds.
- Step 4.Slowly lift blender to emulsify the rest of the oil. Done.
