- 240 ml white rice
- 960 ml water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 80 ml sugar
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1 cup optional milk or almond milk

Instructions
- Step 1.Blend rice and cinnamon sticks until a fine powder.
- Step 2.Add water, soak 2+ hours.
- Step 3.Blend again, strain through cheesecloth.
- Step 4.Mix with sugar, vanilla, and milk if using. Serve over ice.
