  • 240 ml white rice
  • 960 ml water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 80 ml sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 cup optional milk or almond milk

  1. Step 1.Blend rice and cinnamon sticks until a fine powder.
  2. Step 2.Add water, soak 2+ hours.
  3. Step 3.Blend again, strain through cheesecloth.
  4. Step 4.Mix with sugar, vanilla, and milk if using. Serve over ice.
