  • 1.36 kg chicken pieces
  • 3 scotch bonnet peppers
  • 30 ml allspice berries
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2.5 ml cinnamon
  • 1.25 ml nutmeg
  • 30 ml lime juice

  3. Step 3.Grill over medium heat, turning, 40-45 min until cooked through.
