- 3 lbs diced ripe mangoes
- 360 ml sugar
- 180 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 inch minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 ml mustard seeds
- 2.5 ml red chili flakes
- 5 ml salt

Instructions
- Step 1.Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Step 2.Simmer 25-30 min until thick and jammy.
- Step 3.Cool and jar. Refrigerate up to 3 months.
