  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 396.9 g canned tomatoes
  • 14 oz can cannellini beans
  • 960 ml vegetable broth
  • 180 ml small pasta
  • optional parmesan rind
  • handful fresh basil

  1. Step 1.Saute onion, carrot, celery in oil 8 min. Add garlic.
  2. Step 2.Add tomatoes, beans, broth, and parmesan rind if using.
  3. Step 3.Simmer 15 min. Add zucchini and pasta.
  4. Step 4.Cook until pasta is al dente. Finish with basil and olive oil.
