- 45 ml olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 zucchini
- 396.9 g canned tomatoes
- 14 oz can cannellini beans
- 960 ml vegetable broth
- 180 ml small pasta
- optional parmesan rind
- handful fresh basil

Instructions
- Step 1.Saute onion, carrot, celery in oil 8 min. Add garlic.
- Step 2.Add tomatoes, beans, broth, and parmesan rind if using.
- Step 3.Simmer 15 min. Add zucchini and pasta.
- Step 4.Cook until pasta is al dente. Finish with basil and olive oil.
