  • 60 ml white miso
  • 30 ml red miso
  • 45 ml sake
  • 30 ml mirin
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  1. Step 1.Combine sake and mirin in a saucepan. Bring to boil 1 min to burn off alcohol.
  2. Step 2.Whisk in both misos until smooth.
  3. Step 3.Stir in sesame oil and ginger. Cool and refrigerate.
