Ingredients

- 60 ml white miso
- 30 ml red miso
- 45 ml sake
- 30 ml mirin
- 15 ml sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
- Step 1.Combine sake and mirin in a saucepan. Bring to boil 1 min to burn off alcohol.
- Step 2.Whisk in both misos until smooth.
- Step 3.Stir in sesame oil and ginger. Cool and refrigerate.
