- 480 ml all-purpose flour
- 45 ml plain yogurt
- 120 ml warm milk
- 5 ml instant yeast
- 5 ml sugar
- 5 ml salt
- 2.5 ml baking powder
- 2 tbsp for finishing butter

Instructions
- Step 1.Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt and milk. Knead 5 min until soft.
- Step 2.Rest covered 1 hour until doubled.
- Step 3.Divide into 8. Roll thin - irregular shapes are authentic.
- Step 4.Cook in a dry cast iron on high heat 1-2 min per side until charred bubbles form.
- Step 5.Brush with butter while hot.
