  • 480 ml all-purpose flour
  • 45 ml plain yogurt
  • 120 ml warm milk
  • 5 ml instant yeast
  • 5 ml sugar
  • 5 ml salt
  • 2.5 ml baking powder
  • 2 tbsp for finishing butter

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt and milk. Knead 5 min until soft.
  2. Step 2.Rest covered 1 hour until doubled.
  3. Step 3.Divide into 8. Roll thin - irregular shapes are authentic.
  4. Step 4.Cook in a dry cast iron on high heat 1-2 min per side until charred bubbles form.
  5. Step 5.Brush with butter while hot.
