  • 226.8 g sushi-grade tuna or canned tuna in oil
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 170.1 g French green beans (haricots verts)
  • 453.6 g small potatoes
  • 240 ml cherry tomatoes
  • 120 ml Nicoise or Kalamata olives
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 30 ml capers
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 5 ml dijon mustard
  • 60 ml olive oil
