- 226.8 g sushi-grade tuna or canned tuna in oil
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 170.1 g French green beans (haricots verts)
- 453.6 g small potatoes
- 240 ml cherry tomatoes
- 120 ml Nicoise or Kalamata olives
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 30 ml capers
- 30 ml red wine vinegar
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- 60 ml olive oil

Instructions
- Step 1.Boil potatoes until tender. Blanch green beans until crisp-tender.
- Step 2.Make vinaigrette: whisk mustard, vinegar, oil, salt.
- Step 3.Arrange all components on a platter.
