Ingredients

- 720 ml bread flour
- 1.25 ml instant yeast
- 7.5 ml salt
- 360 ml water
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and stir until shaggy.
- Step 2.Cover and rest at room temperature 12-18 hours.
- Step 3.Turn out, fold 4 times. Rest 15 min. Shape into a ball.
- Step 4.Rest on floured parchment 2 hours.
- Step 5.Preheat Dutch oven at 500F 30 min. Bake covered 30 min, uncovered 15 min.
