Ingredients

- 8 oz fresh wide rice noodles
- 170.1 g chicken or tofu
- 2 eggs
- 480 ml Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
- 30 ml dark soy sauce
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml oyster sauce
- 5 ml sugar
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Mix sauce: dark soy, soy, oyster sauce, sugar.
- Step 2.Get wok screaming hot. Add oil. Sear chicken until cooked.
- Step 3.Push to side. Add noodles and sauce. Toss and char.
- Step 4.Push aside again. Scramble eggs. Mix everything together.
- Step 5.Add gai lan. Toss 1 min until wilted.
