Ingredients

2 servings
  • 8 oz fresh wide rice noodles
  • 170.1 g chicken or tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 480 ml Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
  • 30 ml dark soy sauce
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 5 ml sugar
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Mix sauce: dark soy, soy, oyster sauce, sugar.
  2. Step 2.Get wok screaming hot. Add oil. Sear chicken until cooked.
  3. Step 3.Push to side. Add noodles and sauce. Toss and char.
  4. Step 4.Push aside again. Scramble eggs. Mix everything together.
  5. Step 5.Add gai lan. Toss 1 min until wilted.
