- 480 ml fresh basil leaves
- 30 ml pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 120 ml olive oil
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Toast pine nuts in a dry pan 1-2 min. Cool.
- Step 2.Add basil, pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan to food processor.
- Step 3.Pulse while drizzling in olive oil until smooth.
- Step 4.Season with salt. Thin with pasta water when using with pasta.
