  • 480 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 30 ml pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 2.5 ml salt

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Toast pine nuts in a dry pan 1-2 min. Cool.
  2. Step 2.Add basil, pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan to food processor.
  3. Step 3.Pulse while drizzling in olive oil until smooth.
  4. Step 4.Season with salt. Thin with pasta water when using with pasta.
