- 720 ml all-purpose flour
- 120 ml sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 lbs boiled potatoes
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 60 ml butter
- 2 large onion
- 5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Make dough: mix flour, sour cream, egg, salt. Knead until smooth. Rest 30 min.
- Step 2.Mash potatoes with cheese and half the butter. Season.
- Step 3.Roll dough thin. Cut circles. Fill and seal, pressing edges firmly.
- Step 4.Boil in salted water until they float, then 2 min more.
- Step 5.Pan-fry in butter with caramelized onions until golden.
