- 480 ml all-purpose flour
- 5 ml instant yeast
- 5 ml sugar
- 5 ml salt
- 180 ml warm water
- 15 ml olive oil

Instructions
- Step 1.Combine and knead until smooth. Rest 1 hour.
- Step 2.Divide into 8 balls. Roll very thin (1/8 inch).
- Step 3.Preheat oven to 475F with a baking stone or sheet inside.
- Step 4.Bake directly on hot stone 3-5 min until puffed. Wrap in a cloth immediately.
