  • 480 ml all-purpose flour
  • 5 ml instant yeast
  • 5 ml sugar
  • 5 ml salt
  • 180 ml warm water
  • 15 ml olive oil

  1. Step 1.Combine and knead until smooth. Rest 1 hour.
  2. Step 2.Divide into 8 balls. Roll very thin (1/8 inch).
  3. Step 3.Preheat oven to 475F with a baking stone or sheet inside.
  4. Step 4.Bake directly on hot stone 3-5 min until puffed. Wrap in a cloth immediately.
