- 907.2 g pork shoulder
- 822.15 g canned hominy
- 5 dried guajillo chilies
- 2 dried ancho chilies
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 5 ml cumin
- 5 ml oregano
- 1.44 l chicken broth

Instructions
- Step 1.Toast chilies, soak in hot water 20 min. Blend with garlic, cumin, oregano.
- Step 2.Brown pork in a pot. Add broth and simmer 90 min.
- Step 3.Remove pork, shred. Add strained chili sauce to broth.
- Step 4.Add hominy and shredded pork. Simmer 20 min.
- Step 5.Serve topped with shredded cabbage, radish, lime, and oregano.
