- 1 large red onion
- 180 ml white vinegar
- 60 ml water
- 15 ml sugar
- 5 ml salt

Instructions
- Step 1.Thinly slice onion into half rings.
- Step 2.Heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Cool slightly.
- Step 3.Pour over onions. Let sit at least 30 min. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
