  • 180 ml white vinegar
  • 60 ml water
  • 15 ml sugar
  • 5 ml salt

  2. Step 2.Heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Cool slightly.
  3. Step 3.Pour over onions. Let sit at least 30 min. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
