Ingredients
4 servings
- 907.2 g pork neck bones
- 453.6 g pork belly
- 340.2 g ramen noodles
- 4 eggs
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml mirin
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 4 green onions
- 4 nori sheets
- for topping corn
- 30 ml sesame oil
- 30 ml white miso

Instructions
- Step 1.Blanch bones in boiling water 5 min. Drain and rinse.
- Step 2.Simmer bones with garlic and ginger in fresh water 4 hours.
- Step 3.Braise pork belly in soy, mirin, and water 90 min. Slice thin.
- Step 4.Soft-boil eggs 6.5 min, peel, marinate in soy and mirin.
- Step 5.Season broth with miso and sesame oil.
- Step 6.Cook noodles. Assemble bowls with broth, noodles, pork, egg, nori.
