  • 1.36 kg russet potatoes
  • 1 whole garlic head
  • 90 ml butter
  • 3/4 cup warm heavy cream
  • 7.5 ml salt
  • 1.25 ml white pepper

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.Roast whole garlic head at 400F with olive oil 40 min. Squeeze out cloves.
  2. Step 2.Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and steam-dry 2 min.
  3. Step 3.Rice or mash potatoes. Mix in butter, roasted garlic, warm cream.
  4. Step 4.Season. Serve immediately.
