- 1.36 kg russet potatoes
- 1 whole garlic head
- 90 ml butter
- 3/4 cup warm heavy cream
- 7.5 ml salt
- 1.25 ml white pepper
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Roast whole garlic head at 400F with olive oil 40 min. Squeeze out cloves.
- Step 2.Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and steam-dry 2 min.
- Step 3.Rice or mash potatoes. Mix in butter, roasted garlic, warm cream.
- Step 4.Season. Serve immediately.
