Ingredients

  • 12 oz jar roasted red peppers
  • 1/3 cup toasted blanched almonds
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml tomato paste
  • 5 ml smoked paprika
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2.5 ml salt

  1. Step 1.Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden. Cool.
  2. Step 2.Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Step 3.Season and thin with a splash of water if needed.
