Ingredients

- 12 oz jar roasted red peppers
- 1/3 cup toasted blanched almonds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 ml tomato paste
- 5 ml smoked paprika
- 15 ml red wine vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2.5 ml salt

Instructions
- Step 1.Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden. Cool.
- Step 2.Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Step 3.Season and thin with a splash of water if needed.
