  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 ml cumin seeds
  • 5 ml coriander powder
  • 2.5 ml turmeric
  • 2.5 ml garam masala
  • 1 chili
  • 30 ml oil

  1. Step 1.Blanch spinach 2 min. Blend roughly.
  2. Step 2.Fry cumin seeds in oil until they pop. Add onion, cook until golden.
  3. Step 3.Add garlic, ginger, chili. Cook 2 min. Add spices.
  4. Step 4.Add spinach paste. Cook 15 min stirring.
