- 907.2 g fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 5 ml cumin seeds
- 5 ml coriander powder
- 2.5 ml turmeric
- 2.5 ml garam masala
- 1 chili
- 30 ml oil

Instructions
- Step 1.Blanch spinach 2 min. Blend roughly.
- Step 2.Fry cumin seeds in oil until they pop. Add onion, cook until golden.
- Step 3.Add garlic, ginger, chili. Cook 2 min. Add spices.
- Step 4.Add spinach paste. Cook 15 min stirring.
