- 2 cloves garlic
- 15 ml lime juice
- 5 ml salt
- 2.5 ml sugar

- Step 1.Roughly chop chilies and garlic.
- Step 2.Pound in a mortar or pulse in a food processor until rough paste.
- Step 3.Season with lime juice, salt, and sugar.
