- 6 eggs
- 793.8 g crushed tomatoes
- 30 ml harissa paste
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 ml cumin
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 30 ml olive oil
- to garnish cilantro

Instructions
- Step 1.Saute onion in oil 5 min. Add garlic, cumin, harissa. Cook 2 min.
- Step 2.Add tomatoes. Simmer 10 min until thickened.
- Step 3.Make wells, crack in eggs. Cover 6-8 min.
- Step 4.Top with feta and cilantro.
