  • 6 eggs
  • 793.8 g crushed tomatoes
  • 30 ml harissa paste
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 ml cumin
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • to garnish cilantro

  1. Step 1.Saute onion in oil 5 min. Add garlic, cumin, harissa. Cook 2 min.
  2. Step 2.Add tomatoes. Simmer 10 min until thickened.
  3. Step 3.Make wells, crack in eggs. Cover 6-8 min.
  4. Step 4.Top with feta and cilantro.
