Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded green unripe papaya
- 120 ml cherry tomatoes
- 4 cut green beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 bird's eye chili
- 22.5 ml fish sauce
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml palm sugar
- 15 ml dried shrimp
- 30 ml roasted peanuts

Instructions
- Step 1.Pound garlic and chili in a mortar.
- Step 2.Add green beans and tomatoes, bruise lightly.
- Step 3.Add papaya, dried shrimp, fish sauce, lime, and sugar.
- Step 4.Pound and toss together. Taste - should be balanced sour, spicy, sweet, salty.
- Step 5.Top with roasted peanuts.
