Ingredients
4 servings
- 60 ml fine bulgur
- 2 cups finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 3 thinly sliced green onions
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml olive oil
- 2.5 ml salt
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Soak bulgur in boiling water 10 min. Drain and squeeze dry.
- Step 2.Finely chop parsley and mint (this takes time - do it right).
- Step 3.Combine with tomatoes, green onions, bulgur.
- Step 4.Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Let sit 30 min.
