Ingredients

- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 960 ml chicken broth
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 4 slices galangal or ginger
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 30 ml fish sauce
- 45 ml lime juice
- 15 ml chili paste (nam prik pao)
- 240 ml mushrooms
- to serve cilantro
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Bruise lemongrass and tear lime leaves. Simmer with broth and galangal 10 min.
- Step 2.Add mushrooms and chili paste. Simmer 5 min.
- Step 3.Add shrimp. Cook 2 min until pink.
- Step 4.Remove from heat. Add fish sauce and lime juice. Top with cilantro.
