Ingredients

  • 240 ml all-purpose flour
  • 5 separated eggs
  • 240 ml sugar
  • 5 ml baking powder
  • 5 ml vanilla
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 480 ml whipping cream
  • 30 ml sugar for cream

  1. Step 1.Beat yolks with sugar. Fold in flour and stiff egg whites alternately.
  2. Step 2.Bake at 350F 25-30 min. Poke holes all over while warm.
  3. Step 3.Mix three milks and pour over warm cake. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Step 4.Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
