Ingredients

- 240 ml all-purpose flour
- 5 separated eggs
- 240 ml sugar
- 5 ml baking powder
- 5 ml vanilla
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 240 ml heavy cream
- 480 ml whipping cream
- 30 ml sugar for cream
Make it your way
Instructions
- Step 1.Beat yolks with sugar. Fold in flour and stiff egg whites alternately.
- Step 2.Bake at 350F 25-30 min. Poke holes all over while warm.
- Step 3.Mix three milks and pour over warm cake. Refrigerate overnight.
- Step 4.Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
