- 240 ml Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 ml fresh dill
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2.5 ml salt

Instructions
- Step 1.Grate cucumber and squeeze out all the moisture with a cloth.
- Step 2.Mix into yogurt with grated garlic, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Step 3.Season with salt. Refrigerate 30 min before serving.
