Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch pinch of salt
  • 60 g fresh berries, to top
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, optional, to top

Instructions

Plan my prep
  1. Step 1.In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, plant milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
  2. Step 2.Stir well to make sure the chia seeds and oats are fully moistened and there are no dry clumps.
  3. Step 3.Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  4. Step 4.In the morning, stir the oats. If they are too thick, loosen with a splash more plant milk.
  5. Step 5.Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of peanut butter.
  6. Step 6.Eat cold, straight from the fridge, or warm gently if preferred.
